Balfour suggests that you should order at least 6 weeks in advance to allow time to address and mail your announcements. Orders can still be placed closer to the graduation date, but orders take about 48 hours to process and allow at least a week to receive them. Doane Graduation date is:
Baccalaureate: Saturday, May 19th, 2012 10:30 a.m.
Commencement: Sunday, May 20th, 2012 2:30 p.m.
